The Sandy Spring Soccer Club (SSSC) offers indoor winter clinics for Recreation players looking to continue to play soccer during the winter. This clinic is held 1 (one) time per week.
During our Winter clinic, we follow the SSSC training curriculum for development in a fun learning environment. There will be constant positive instruction, encouragement, and feedback throughout our clinics. Players will play with a Futsal ball during the winter to help them to get a lot of touches on the ball. Their improved touches will translate on the field as they return outdoors in the spring.
There will be a lot of 1 v 1, 2 v 1, 2 v 2, and 3 v 3 play during our clinics. We follow the U.S. Soccer curriculum of Play, Practice, Play, so the kids will play a ton.
Who: Boys born between 2018 – 2014.
Location: Cloverly Elementary School (800 Briggs Chaney Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904)
Time: 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm (Kids born 2018, 2017, 2016)
6:25 pm – 7:25 pm (Kids born 2015 and 2014)
Cost: $285 (non-members), $255 (members)
